Our goals in SHIKKIS BROS LTD and SHIKKIS GLASS INSTALLATIONS LTD, who deal with designing, construction, trading and installations of glass, are to provide the best possible service to our clients and building a strong brand in the market, by constantly trying to improve the quality of our products and services, by minimizing the consequences of our actions on the environment and ensuring health, safety and welfare of the employees, cooperators and all involved parties so that we make our transactions accident free.
Our goals are materialized through our companies’ operations system, which is consistent with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 45001:2018. According to this system, we are committed among others the following:
- To deliver to the customer the best and fastest quality for projects and services.
- To invest notably amounts for the constant improvement of our equipment and facilities according to the latest technology, safety standards and relative laws and regulations.
- To respond with consistency to the quality standards of our products and services, as adapted by the government, other organisations and the relative legislation and to even surpass their demands.
CERTIFICATION AND DOUBLE GLAZING
Our company, as a double glazing producer, is obliged to conform to the guidelines of the European Standard EN 1279. The most important provision of this standard is CE marking, for which we have adjusted our production procedures and also have carried out the necessary tests which prove the legitimacy of the CE marking on our products. It should be noted that, according to the rule EK 305/2011, it is prohibited to supply double glazings in the market without the CE marking.
